The store is across the road from Lidl in Puerto Mazarron. Behind the big Chino.

Hello. You're on the wrong thread for this. If you search for free Banks, the topic has been discussed very recently.

When we changed our bank we had to open the new account in person with relevant paperwork such as NIE number. Later we moved town and had to call into our bank to transfer accounts from one branch to the other. I seem to recall direct debits were transferred for us but other financial transactions, such as standing orders etc were not. Instead of brooding over Spanish bank deficiencies in the UK on your next visit spend time getting finances sorted. All banks promise the world but delivery problematical.

Hi I have never had a problem with Bankia since they took over CajaMurcia. If I ever need to contact my branch I always use Google translator and send my message in Spanish. I also use their on line banking which is as good as any other bank, if you have a problem with that you can contact customer services who will communicate in English. Hope this helps

Hi

sorry you must have been lucky I’ve emailed Susanna and spoke in English to customers service for my online app and it works for one day then it blocks me again also they can’t send you a sms code to Uk mobile phone. Customer service there is awful I hung on phone the other day for 20 min got through and they cut me off useless.

This is why I need to change bank my question is do I have to come there or is there anyway I can do it from Uk.
