Public swimming pool in El Carmoli?

No the pool is not for public use. It belongs to the urbanisation.  If your property is on El Carmoli you will have access to the communal pool.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes our property is in El Carmoli. So therefore we will be able to use the communal pool that is situated at the chill out restaurant bar in El Carmoli?

It depends on which faze your on. The first faze has there own pool. Then we have our own pool too. I'm not sure which of the urbanzation comes under the pool by the chill out bar.

We have a town house which is in Calle Lago Superior, a 2 mins drive away.

If we do not fit into that urbanization, have you any idea where there is a communal pool that we could use?

Oh we have a town house and we are on Subida al Monte. Our pool is half way up the hill and there is a parking area in front it's actually hewn out of the rock.. so if you have been given a key it will be for that one.. I'm wondering if you are in the road that's above us if you are there then the key will open the gates to the steps that lead into the pool.  Did the people that sold to you give you a pool key?

I have looked and as far as I'm aware the property you have doesn't come under Carmoli but Punta Brava so there won't be access for you to use the communal pool at Carmoli.  I don't know of any others close by although I think you can use the pool at the Mar Menor golf complex as a visitor subject to a charge, It is worth it though is very nice.

Too be honest we have no idea and not in possession of our keys yet.  We will be coming out for the 1st time Easter.  Contracts have just been exchanged! We are situated mins from the beach. I don't think we have facility for the use of a pool but was hoping we would be able to pay to use one.

Your welcome enjoy your new holiday home.. I'm sure you will there are so many lovely places to visit.  I'm there next week and just can't wait.  Don't forget to check out the little railway at Los Nietos every half hour to Cartagena and so cheap it's not worth the trouble of driving and looking for somewhere to park, park your car at the station and enjoy the train ride.
