Wanted: Living in Composol

Hi Helen, I only purchased last October in D and I'm delighted with my choice. I think by now most people know the areas to be concerned about in the C sector. Apart from that, I think your budget will be a major factor in choosing a property. Most people who live in Camposol will go above and beyond to help and assist you with local knowledge and concerns. Hi and welcome. Some properties on upper c have major issues as they were built on the rambla so major subsidence. Some have no issues. After researching we dismissed upper c. Some roads there are also very bad. Its best to go look for yourself. If you search the forum there are many posts on upper c also videos on you tube.

We decided on D sector. Good luck.

Ensure you get a survey done on whatever property you choose.

We moved onto C6 in January and absolutely love it , it’s quiet and only takes us 25mins to walk to the shops and 7 mins to golf club , would definitely recommend

Property in Camposol is generally great value for what you get. We’re on lower C and looked at upper C before buying. It looks like you have not visited yet, as if you have you would have seen the properties on upper C and know what the problems are here. They are still selling, I assume due to their price, but as above you need to visit first and you can look at the other areas also.
