So am I but I suppose it's because if they cancel flights, they will have to refund people. We were expecting a family member today, she was returning to the UK with my husband next week. Both flights were with Ryanair. Obviously, neither of them are flying anywhere. Ryanair are allowing flight changes without an admin fee from yesterday but they surely must cancel flights as from Monday because of the lockdown (sorry Zacdog)  if not before.

It’s not just Ryanair! EasyJet haven’t yet cancelled flights to Spain. I am due to fly out on 23rd March. I can rebook, but how long will this last to know the best time to rebook. I’d rather they cancel and give me a refund and once things have started to settle and the lockdown lifted, then I could think about rebooking later in the year.

If Ryanair cancels all flights, how are people who already here and booked into flights in the next few weeks,  expected to get home to the UK?

i presume as in the past they would have to fly empty planes out to put on repatriation flights.

also i presume everyone returning will have to self isolate for maybe 2 weeks

hommerj .........I suspect Ryanair are a welcome sight for those potentially stranded in Spain because of the other airline shutdowns.......if you don't like Ryanair then don't fly with them but at least acknowledge that for some they may be a lifeline.

Proud oatI.
