I understand you need a contract? 

Now with the ongoing digitalization is it possible to get everything done online?

Hi you can do it on line just look up repsol and they will  give you full information.

You are very wise to get a contract because if anything unfortunately happens involving gas your insurance company would nul and void your policy without proof of a contract

You could of course do what many people do and that is buy an empty bottle on line and then get a refill but of course if a problem no insurance
