Hello, is it necessary to engage a solicitor to draw up a non complicated will, as long as it is signed by a notary, registered in madrid and has the correct terminology for non residents?
Any advice appreciated thanks

I did mine many year's ago using a Will specialist who was much cheaper than a solicitor at the time. It's an important document and has to be in both languages, so I opted out of the DIY option.

Yep did my will in mazarron notary, just got it back from pal solicitors all in order
