Evening. I reported a leak on a public road sector B over a month ago. Aqualia came within 2 day to dig up and repair, but the repair to pavement after the leak is still not done. I have tried to call but as I don't speak spanish fluent I get the phone put down on me. Does anyone have any clue why they are leaving roads or pavements in a mess and does anyone have an email address to which I can ask about the repair directly.  Thanks in advance.

Seems to be a regular occurrence.

Mend the leak then it takes months for the pavement & roadway to be reinstated.

Contact our local councillor to report the problem.

Unfortunately no help available from the above contact.  Do you know of a customer service email address at all?

Thanks

Thank you.  I'll try, then probably give up. Just a shame as I see this all around camposol and it's just looks a mess. 👍👍

As I understand it, Aqualia groups together the road repairs and then contracts to complete a substantial number rather than one at a time, which probably makes economic sense. As for who to contact there is an app called “aqualia contact” on which you can make complaints. We had three leaks in our street and although at different times, the repairs were carried out together. Hope that helps and best to learn the Spanish phrase “es lo que hay” it will serve you well living here😇

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Yep we discovered the section in the app aslo and sent a quick message to them.

Make sense but I won't hold my breath.. 😉
