D23
Hi could anybody tell what roads on sector D23 flooded
None. The only roads that you'd class as experiencing flood water would be the main dual carriageway between B,C&D. But that didn't stop traffic. Potholes were the big offenders!!

Calle Gor is one of the roads affected by the legal issues surrounding the building of houses on or adjacent to the Rambla de Los Aznares. The Camposol residents association (CRA) has maps the set out the likelihood of flooding in these areas and the areas affected by the legal issues. There are houses that were built on the Rambla that the banks won’t give mortgages on. If you are buying it would be best to confirm with the selling agent and your lawyer, if the house you are buying is affected. You have to ask the lawyer the specific question, as they do not appear to do the sort of general check for adverse issues that you may find in the UK. You can contact the CRA at [email protected] or on their Facebook page ‘Camposol Residents Association’
Hope that helps

I was told the flood waters were at the bottom half of Calle Gor (Calle Tejos end) and the waters whipped round the garden area in the middle of C Gor and ran down onto C Piteras. Many of the owners on C Gor have their deeds now too. We stipulated with no deeds we weren't buying. Cheers
