Hi there
We are looking at buying a 2 bed apartment
With roof solarium, we know the community fees are around £100 per month,
Can anyone help on how much monthly costs are ie , gas and electric with aircon ,and water ect

Depends on how much you intend using it.
Standing charge on a 3.3 KW supply will be around 15 euro per month with no usage.
Water & refuse could be around 25 euro per month.
No idea on gas.
Do they have gas on Condado ??

Hi Si,
I have a 2 bed which I hardly use. Elec & water is circa EUR 25 per month, and invoiced every 2 months.

You will also have IBI Tax to pay every year.

If buying as holiday home you will also have non resident tax to pay yearly calculated on your cadastral value on your IBI invoice. BTW the community fees are very high, have a friend on LaFinca and at 600 Yr she thinks that is high.
