Property wanted to rent: Rental from 28 Jun to at least 9 Aug or possibly Longer Sought to sort out Legal Issues
We are a mature couple looking for a rental from 28 Jun to at least 9 Aug but with the option to extend if we need to work around the Spanish bureaucracy! We need to come out from the UK to sort legal matters (Both have had the 2 Pfizer jabs!). At our age we do not want to rent a studio but happy with anything else as long as it is reasonably comfortable, well equipped for self catering (washing machine, dishwasher (dishwasher not essential but handy if the property has one!), fridge, freezer etc), Wi-Fi and a/c (which will used sparingly and only used as a last resort).
Most suitable areas would anywhere in between Cartegena/Mar Cristal and Torrevieja and does not have to be coastal - we are not coming out for a holiday and will only be seeing people we need to. Closer to Torre de la Horadada the better as the legal team are not far from there but we will have a car so it does not really matter where we live as long as it is not way out of our way to get to Torre!
We are budgeting between €1,000 to €1,500.
Need to hear as soon as possible any availability please to plan our trip. We will assume no one has anything if if don't hear from anyone by Friday morning.
