May is along way off, builders are not allowed to work in Spain as from today.

Many things will change before you need this so I would hang on and hope,it may be over by then and rules may be relaxed.

Remember you need a licence to carry out any work on your property from the local council, I do not think they will be issuing licences, because of all town halls are under at the moment

To say nothing of all non-essential work now suspended, suspect that includes hire shops.
