Anyone know where I can hire a mini digger on 24th 0r 25th May, to dig a trench about 18 inches deep and 30 yards long?

May is along way off, builders are not allowed to work in Spain as from today.
Many things will change before you need this so I would hang on and hope,it may be over by then and rules may be relaxed.

And risk getting fined heavily
Remember you need a licence to carry out any work on your property from the local council, I do not think they will be issuing licences, because of all town halls are under at the moment

To say nothing of all non-essential work now suspended, suspect that includes hire shops.
