Paul.

You are dreaming....you will get nothing decent at that price.....buying in a bad area just brings heartaches later...up it by 40k

Not sure if you are aware but there is also tax to pay on the purchase price of any property you buy.

It's 8 % in the Murcia region.

Hi,

I've just bought a fully furnished ready to move in, very nice 2 bedrooms flat in Lo Pagan centre (but not on the main road), 2 minutes walk down to the beach. Total cost was 52.500 Euros including the lawyer's fees. But, I have to mention that is on the second floor without a lift (the small block has only 5 other flats) and the furniture and appliances are a bit out of fashion but in a perfect state to be used. I hope it helps to get you an idea.
