I go to Cartagena 7pm Start and its goes:
The Cabalgata de Kings will start at 19:00 o'clock from the Alameda de San Antonio, at the height of Francisco de Borja Street, and will go to the direction Plaza de España and Paseo Alfonso XIII, to finish at the height of the Isa Submarine Monument roundabout Peral ac.
The audience attending the ride can occupy the chairs from 17:00 o'clock. And from 16:00 the traffic will be cut off on the avenues where the ride is going. Court that will be held until 21:00 o'clock.
Park at the underground parking at the harbor, walk up the street through the Pedestrian zone. Its at the top

This is on the Ayuntamiento page….best place for me is in the chuch square in San Javier with the light and firework show
Due to the current situation and with the aim of fulfilling all security measures, the completion of the events of January 5 are as follows:
Santiago de la Ribera
At 17:30 the act will begin as SSMM The Wizard Kings of the East arrive to the Barnuevo expanada in classic car. Following the musical show that will be held, the children will be able to pass in an orderly manner and maintain a safe distance with the Kings to greet them.
Saint Javier
At 20:30 the act will begin in the Plaza de Spain de San Javier. After the show of light, music and fire, Mayor Jose Miguel Luengo will receive SSMM Los Reyes Magos de Oriente on the balcony of the town hall, where he will deliver the Magic Key that opens the door to all the houses of the municipality.
The Manga of the Sea Minor
At 18:30, His Majesty the Wizard Kings of the East will arrive at El Flamenco Galleries, located at Km4 of the Manga del Mar Menor, to welcome and greet the children attending.
🎆All events contain pyrotechnics.
Remember the use of the mask, it is even recommended that the little ones also wear it, maintain a safe distance and respect the safety fence.
