...Alamo. The sessions are Wednesday morning, usually a 10/10.30am start for one and a half hours, and Friday afternoon, usually starting between 5pm and 6pm, depending on the time of year.

We have a Whatsapp group that you could join and each Sunday I send out a message asking for people's available for the two sessions and we sort it out between ourselves from there. Cost is 3€ per session which covers the court hire and th eprovision of balls.

Do please ask if you have any questions and do please let me have your phone number if you want adding to the Whatsapp group.

Just a quick note to let anyone in the local area know that there are social tennis sessions being held every Friday at 10.00am at the tennis courts on Hacienda del Alamo.  All standards are welcome from complete beginners upwards!!! We play for between an hour and a half and two hours. 

Many of our current players haven't picked up a racquet in decades. It is  a friendly social tennis group that rotates the play using the American doubles format so everyone gets to play with a range of partners during the evening.  Most of us gather for a drink afterwards in the Sports...

... Club bar by the courts.  Cost is only €2 per session.  Please feel welcome to just turn up and ask for Brian or Lynn, or message me and we'll look out for you and introduce you to the others... if we can remember their names!

Again catering for beginners or improvers, we do have a group coaching session taking place each Wednesday at 4pm where Rui, our Portugese coach takes a group of eight through the basics of stroke production.  This does need booking but the cost is a very reasonable €5.  Rui takes the coaching in two groups of four and switches them, so each group gets an hour's coaching plus an hour's practice among themselves.  Please message me if you'd like to join the coaching.
