moving to sierra golf

Probably better you come over and rent for a while get the hang of the place, same as buying property in UK it's a big move to make on the say so of a few people living there, there choice of likes and dislikes might not be the same as yours, but good luck

Sierra Golf is a bit isolated, very quiet, not much to do. however properties are cheap and only a few minutes drive into Balsicas, 20 min approx to the beach.  Summarise - value for money, if you are prepared to drive everywhere and accept that it's quiet and no public transport.  Not an ideal holiday home why not look at other areas such as Las Terrazas de la Torre, La Torre, Roldan, Sucina and Hacienda Riquelme, Delores do Palcheco, or my favourite Roda Golf Resort, although prices will be dearer.  I agree you should think about renting first and there is a British run company advertises on here called Property Rentals in Spain that might be worth contacting.

Is it urbanistic life you are looking for if not why not try one of the surrounding villages, Balsicas is nice with great transport links and there is everything needed for day to day living

Hi  I bought on Sierra Golf

DON´T    URMOSA    has no after sales service   (any house is as bought as seen ???) 

I am the first person to live in the house 

The windows leak   the flat roofs (yes roofs) leak

To prove my point about try sending them an e-mail    [email protected]

or explain to your sales rep!        also, go very carefully with who you get your insurance

Sierra golf I like   the people are nice here

Even the Germans next door  gave me some food yesterday

So all I can say is ask the estate agent to work for you, they may not be aware
