Can anyone tell me the rate for monthly rentals for a apartment or house over the winter period , not interested in a swimming pool and it would be nice to be inland rather near the beach , we shall be using our own car too

Have a look at Murcia villas ..apartment hacienda riquelme 500 a month ..look at murcia services...loads of owners advertise on holiday lettings..vrbo ...my guesstimate would be you could get something for 500 ish..
