I tend to just pull the window blinds,  but it does get hot for the girls      I wish to build a privacy screen     on this I need advise

(1) how high can I build     (2) I may "cut off" there satellite dish   (that points onto my property)   any idea what are the laws with this

They have told me to  F****   ???   before  so it is past talking to them
