Looking for a rental property in Sierra golf area

I have been in contact with propertunities by phone because they said they emailed me I didn’t receive that they then said we could view a property which would mean crossing into Murcia (we are in Playa Flamenca until our sale is completed) they said they could obtain special permission for us to go to Sierra golf but surprise surprise we have not received their email. We assume we can’t visit Sierra Golf at present due to the current restrictions. 

Hola again    their is another property agent  in Sierra Golf       sorry not sure of name    do you know the estate?    drive past Manolis    (keep left)      they are on your left     (Costa Villas may be the name)   or even  look at Urmosa  the "builder?  own the golf course also

They bought the estate when the first builder went      they have an agent (when open) in a "shed"  on the golf course car park  

I do know they are selling a house (called a Eagle) in calle Mazarron   

The "lock down"  will end  (I hope) in two weeks    you will find it best to look around    it is very quiet here    

But if you look at Los Alcazares  or  laTorrie the other side of the RM19  from Balsicas   think "flooding"

We have looked at a couple of Eagles but too many stairs for us !! We know about the flooding so cautious of  an under build maybe looking for a corner Green or Open . Fingers crossed for two weeks and Christmas ease of regulations.

Hola    I live in a Eagle    but opposite is a Villa    but it is with proertunities   I think it even has a pool

as for flooding    only the road in/out can flood

Hola    try    "casas espania"    they live on Sierra Golf     they have  web site and hire cars  

also  "murcia villas"      in the high (is it calle)    of Balsicas   opp. correo     sales  management and lettings

Hola   OK I have problem neighbours      but out of some 700+ homes     I have knowledge of one or two  disputes on the estate

    so that is a very low percentage     Christine and her Husband have ruled out the "eagle"  in favour of a villa  (in it´s own ground)  

 only today I made an offer to my "problem" neighbours  "if they build a fence between us  I shall cancel the denouncer"  

so let me see 

Also I have a friend in Los Alcazares  and one near Cartagena who have problem neighbour's    nothing new  even TV programmes on the subject 

so is not the luck of the draw who you live next to      I have bad luck
