Good morning peoples!

My wife and I will be on our way there for permanent move in 63 days, God willing!! and the issue I could do with some help with is travel insurance as my current policy based in UK is about to expire. I see on the forum page a company called San Juan Insurance advertising, and am wondering if anyone has had any dealings/issues with them. It seems to be based in USA if I have the right one.

Any help and advice reference travel insurance  will be muchly appreciated.

Have a fab day, thanks in advance

Goff

Not looked on web, but on the post it gives a Spanish phone number and email address, might be worth giving a call or email, not sure what age group you are, but if you’re looking to live permanently here in Spain, if you’re uk state pensioners your S1 from the dwp will cover your health through the Spanish system, but if you are not uk pensioners you will need private Health Care insurance for residency.

Hi and thank you for the reply,

I must have missed the phone number first time out. Will check it again. I will be able to get the S1 but as my wife is American i have to try and get her healthcare as a 'dependant' as she does here in uk. It makes it a little more challenging but it'll be worth it in the long run.

Thanks  again.
