We have flights booked for first week in March ( well 7-14 ) so we can come out and visit the area in more depth, really, really like look of Balsicas but looking for somewhere to sta. Is there anywhere actually in Balsicas itself as we would like to see what it's like in the evenings etc rather than staying elsewhere and just visiting during day if you know what I mean.

Look on holiday lettings or owners direct and rent a villa near to where you're looking to buy....nearest hotel is probably in Los Alcazares or Santiago de la Ribera but you'd need a car to travel into Balsicas. ....do you mean the small town of Balsicas or one of the surrounding Urbanisations or Golf resorts?

Was looking for something in or around Balsicas itself really, at just base ourselves around Los Alcizares and look around for there, might be easier to find something.
New house build in Balsicas started today. The astate agent is Murcia villas on the Main Street in Balsicas. Good luck with your search. We purchased in Balsicas 12 month ago and love it.
