Weekly gas and water costs

Hello all
We are buying an apartment on LasTerrazas de la Torre and am trying to work out our costs. We have been advised that electric and water costs are high. We plan to use the apartment on weekly/ two weekly stays. Can anyone give us an idea of all utility bills just for general use please .
