DIALYSIS - Availability in Costa Calida area

I have owned a property in Bolnuevo for 9 years and really enjoy visits 3 or 4 times annually.
My health has deteriorated and from February it looks as though I’m going to have haemo-dialysis. Does anyone on this Forum have experience of using dialysis services in the area? My google search has revealed dialysis services in Murcia and Cartagena.
