Any info about Vega Hills Village

After 40 years living in belgium my wife and i are thinking of moving to spain. On a belgian real estate site i saw villas for sale on a new development just outside calasparra, Vega Hills Village. Does anyone now anything about this project? Is the location convenient for calasparra town? Any info regarding this project is welcome. We would like a house with a garden for our cat and if possible a mix of residents (spanish, brits, others). All suggestions regarding location welcome.
