3 Visits to Calasparra in the last 10 weeks, to buy a property looking at the Canada verd Urb. but undecided if its to far out for us, as we like walking been told its a 25 min walk to town ? and is it off road ?
And are they walks in the area ?

Hi there! You're about to make a big decision. I don't live in Calasparra. But what we did before buying is put our decisions to test. For example: Next time you're in Calasparra, take a walk from the place you plan to buy to town. Time how long it took you. Then check for yourself if "is it off the road? " and "if are there walks in the area?"
These simple, fun to do things you can explore for yourself better than anyone.
Really give it a try and see for yourself.

If you look on Calasparra Tourist Office websites, they give you walk options. There is a Murcia Walking Group WARM who organise walks around the Region. One here in Calasparra 15th Feb. Regarding Canada Verde, don't forget you have to pay Community Fees. The Valle del Sol Urbasiation (next doir) is maintained by the Town Hall, so SUMA covers maintenance. More Brits on VDS than CV. Town is about 25 - 30 minute walk from VDS. Hope this info is helpful.

Lovely here plenty of walks its easy to get to town and lots of friendly transport and wonderful houses large gardens with pools everything you need in town and places to visit nearby bars and restaurants.
