Hi guys, we have just purchased a villa on tiera del sol. We move next year. I am after a local building yard for wood, screws etc. So I can build a pegoda, wood shed etc. Any suggestions.

Hi Alan - Welcome to Calasparra. There are a couple of builders merchants here, Big Mat & Comercial Cabarello's. There is a great Timber Merchants in Caravaca and I can give you directions when you need them. As it's a Pergola you want to build I would use them.
Just for your information, Tierra del Sol was renamed Valle del Sol in around 2009 /10 when the then Mayor and Town Hall took responsibility of the Urbanisation and changed all the names of the Roads and the Urb. itself. Confusing or what !
If you are on Social Media Valle del Sol has it's own Facebook Group page and is only open to Residents. If not, post messages on here and if not me, someone may pick it up and answer your queries.
Hope all goes well with impending move. Whose house did you buy, you don't mind me asking ?
