Anyone having problems with Compusurf? Windows 10 laptop was working fine but after a couple of brief outages last night can't log onto some sites - Amazon Ebay Youtube etc - getting ' can't connect to server IP ' message - strangely phones and Macbook connecting OK. Internet seems slow and a bit unstable today. Not sure if it's a Compusurf or our Windows problem - have already messaged Compusurf - just wondering if anyone else is having issues?

Had a similar issue last night for a short period just did the experts advise each time and rebooted the modem and pc all ok now.

Strangely enough I am having internet connection problems with Win 10 & I am in the UK !! When I turn on my computer it does not connect to the internet automatically. I have to click the disconnect button then the connect button & all is OK. Until I shut down the computer again. I wonder if it is something to do with a Win 10 update ??

I have always had problems with windows 10 on my all in one. LAP top still windows 7 phone, tablet and smart TVs no problems. Not my server problems.

Lots of people using compsurf as the isp have been without service or have had patchy service for a couple of weeks 

19 November went off a 20.00 and did not reconnect till 1130 am 20/11/19 it's been going in and out later inn the evening 20 into 21 of 11.

These seems to be an issue that compusurf are attempting to sort. 

I do wish they would post info in there site so customer are not left in the dark. Communication  are vital today regular real time service updates are what people expect today . I pay more  for my compusurf in Spain than I do Vodafone  fibre in the UK. Update are not much ask.

You need to change your setting. I suggest you run your internet connection wizard and set your internet to start-up to automaticalky when you boot up  turning thing on an off regularly cause significant damage to hardware it should be avoided. Electronic equipment last longer and have fewer issue if they are not turned of. Use a standby or sleep mode where possible. As this reduces ware in the electronics.

Powering down routes on a regular basis causes more problems.  There are times you have to but avoid were possible. I have been told this by so many engineer and to be honest equipment left on does last longer.

It would be nice to know if those of you using cable broadband provision have been experiencing outages in service. Over the last few weeks or days.

Changed from Camposurf after nothing but a whole year of problems.
