Hi

We are thinking of getting our Internet service from compusurf when we move to Camposol. When asked about speed of Internet they said it adjusts dynamically as and when used. If anyone uses them could you let us know what download/upload speed you receive please? We will be on sector C - Calle Ubeda.

Many thanks

Be aware that Compusurf are wireless internet providers not cable providers.

So claimed speeds will vary according to a variety of factors but mainly the weather.

Of you want  super fast internet speeds then you would need to use one of the cable internet providers.

I use Compusurf Hotspot & pay for & get around 7 mbs as that is all I need.

As I am not a full time resident I only buy usage a week or so at a time.

It suits me but obviously would not be for everyone.

We have Compusurf Internet and use it for 2 always on PC's and Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, BBC iPLayer etc.on the Smart TV.

There are no issues with our systems and Compusurf have provided good service.

I have even watched a streamed feed on my PC monitor (via an Amazon Firestick) while SWMBO was watching Netflix on the big TV.

No problems.

I am with Compusurf and I am going to cancel and get cable . Get lots of buffering and it is really not good enough . It depends what you want . I stream a lot and it can't handle it . Especially in summer

We use Compusurf. Speed around 25mb. We can run 4 devices n watch internet TV without any issue. We are on sector C. Customer service is second to none. Some people claim that they have speed problem with Compusurf. Well, we may be the lucky few and most of the time we get 25 or higher for download speed and 9 + for upload.

The best value for money. I get 24meg download with no interruption. 2 kids streaming me as well .I looked at fibre but overpriced for me & you have to purchase the equipment.

Hi,

We have lots of problems with Compusurf, and now will change to cable.

I am no expert but my son checked the out put? he said it was well below what is required, the contract does not state any guarantee for levels required.

We get constant break downs, stoppages, and some times total wipe out.

We've been here a year.

Back in the UK we were on Virgin Media cable broadband. Compusurf has been more reliable as an Internet provider.

Our installation has been solid, apart from a couple of minor glitches that were fixed the same day and an up line outage that was not Compusurf's fault.

It's good value for money and perfectly adequate for our use.

Have you checked for any other wifi devices ? The reason I ask is I had to call compusurf back after the installation as the wifi link kept breaking down. We had just recently bought the property the previous owner had left a transmitter at the back of the tv to link to a bedroom tv.Turned out that was the culprit interfering with the compusurf wifi.Got rid of it & no more problems.
