For years I had had an Amazon account with UK. Latterly this has been transferred to

Amazon es.  and more recently Amazon de. -  due to different Amazon policies, and the

fact that they know where I am operating from. I have no control over this. But I now

find I have been excluded from using my one click buying ability and have to now log

in with a password. Problem ! I have forgotten my original password and  the OTP's I am being sent from Amazon( six digit nos.) don't work. There dosen't seem to be any

other means of contacting them to sort it out except by logging in which  of course I can't do.  Does anyone out there have a telephone no. for Amazon I can use?

Many thanks.

On the App click on the 3 lines on the left & scroll down to customer services there is an option to change your password

Don’t know why you think you have been transferred to a different Amazon - I have accounts with both .uk and .es and am sure a .de would be possible.

She should - on the log in screen it should say forgot password? And you can then change it

Not sure why you can't use 'forgot password'.  The password I use is the same across all Amazon websites and I regularly use three or four - so no matter which you chose to use for resetting it should result the same.

I have successfully used the live chat but that was from within the logon and you may have to search through 'help' for 'chat'.

Its easy really. Your browser setting are showing you in Spain so amazon.es comes up as default.

Just sign in or preuse amazon.co.uk.

The uk amazon will accept your username password and account.

When logged into amazon.co.uk simply set it as a favourite page or a bookmark page or even set it as your default webpage on your browser options.

Your uk account is the same as an es site.
