We have moved from Andalucia  to Camposol with our Spanish registered car and need to know how to change the address for the car.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Go to the Ayuntamiento, they will sort it. We did the same when we did the same move.

Your new ayuntamiento will only be able to register your car locally for tax, once the car has been registered in Trafico at your new address. You can do this in person at your local DGT office but if you are a resident, you will also need to update your address with the Police or (Extranjeros office) Hacienda and maybe the social security office too, you might find it easier to apply for a Firma Digital and do all the changes online.

As I said, the Ayuntamiento (Los Alcazares) sorted this out for us, informed Trafico and set up the direct debit. No fee, and took a few seconds more while they sorted our padron etc. Try the easy way first?
