Soil/Planting in C Section Camposol

Hello to all gardeners! Shortly moving here and as I heard it’s mainly built on rock, was wondering what it’s like planting stuff. Our garden is covered in gravel and needs a complete ‘Alan Titchmarsh’ job! I am a gardener but thinking this might be more of a container design needed but I would be very interested to hear what others have planted etc Thanks
