Hi,
Plenty of videos on Youtube.
Also, as Roland advice, plenty of information on browsers like google.
Most important if you do decide to live in Spain use an independent Lawyer and never one associated by an Agent or recommended by them.
Good luck, regards Al
Thanks for the information Al
Thanks Roland
Much appreciated

Hi sectors a and b are nearest to the commercial centres where there are shops bars and restaurants. Sector a has a communal pool at calle gerona which you can use for an annual fee if you bought in that area. A and b properties are more expensive. C and d are furthest away. We are on D and 20 minutes walk from the golf club that has a nice bar with great views across the course and mountains. We love d as it is so peaceful. Lots of places to go walking. You do need a car here. From the entrance to camposol it is only about 15 minute drive to lots of beaches. There is a well stocked large supermarket on b sector. The port in mazarron is lovely. Lots of restaurants there and the beach is very nice. Nice restaurants around the marina. The new airport is about 30 minutes drive away and alicante an hour and 15. Lots of places within an hours drive to visit and explore.
Lots for sale on C and d. Visit as many as possible. We were lucky and found a private sale that was loved and looked after from new. Get a survey done. We used corral and Alcatraz in the port as our lawyers and they sorted everything including Nie opening bank account swapping utilities into our name and setting up direct debits for the bills and taxes. On you tube Google camposol and look at expat in Spain as he has made lots of videos of the area. Good luck.
Thanks Alioops
Very info
There is also another Communal Pool on A on Calle Segovia / Call Avila if you buy there.
We bought ours last year after seeing all the horrible Youtube videos and many bad press and negative news about Camposol. We visited a couple of urbanisations and Camposol the last and we thought it would be horrible. How wrong we were and we felt in love with the house and bought it straight away. It took about 4 weeks to go thro all the legal work. We mentioned this as many have problems with their conveyancing. Deeds are with us within a couple of months. It was like a breeze despite many many scaremongering news. Camposol is 15 minutes to the beaches including 2 dog friendly ones. Many great restaurants by the port. Weekly markets are within 10 miles. Vegetables n meat are amazing in the region. We love it there and have met so many lovely people from all over. I suppose we are lucky and with all builders and workmen. In all, they are 1st class. We use Spanish workmen and builders and they have been fantastic. You need a car to be able to live comfortably in Spain really, let alone Camposol. Rent in the area for a while to get a feel of the vast place. As said by others, A and B sectors are closer to shops whereas C and D are more quiet. There are some houses effected by ground movement but you can tell when you drive around. Same as many places in Spain and England, potholes are there but such as life......Good luck.... Camposol can offer excellent lifestyle change and we are glad to have bought it there. Needless to say, we get excellent weather in the region. Happy days...
We only visited one urbanisation and only one house. We "felt" immediately that this is where we wanted to live. We bought a year ago on B, the silence is amazing and people are so helpful and friendly. We moved in permanently last week-end :-)
