Have you been and spoken to them? Politely of course, they may be used to there being no one about and not aware of how noise travels and that they are disturbing you. A polite, "would you kind keeping the noise down?" might just do the trick. If this doesn't work, and they are your neighbours and you live on a community, you can speak to the president / administrator and ask them to have a word. Also there are rules in spain about noise levels after midnight, depending where you live. If the above 2 suggestion don't work you can call the police but its pot luck as to if they will do anything. Noise complaints are one of the most common reports to the police all over spain....
Remember that spain is a noisy country, especially in summer as everyone is outside later due to the heat. Walls in houses are generally paper thin so sometimes you just have to get used to it and have a nap during the day if you can.
