This post that was quoted has been deleted.

If the pin is the black house symbol that is upper C,  A is to the right of the motorway.

Some parts of upper C have the main subsidence issues that keep getting mentioned.

We live on D, D16 so no in depth info on Upper C. We love it here, we even have street lights😀. What l have seen of Upper C seems very good other than a couple of uneven roads/pavements and a few very bad condition Neptunos, easy to spot.

As mentioned by others, if in doubt get a survey done.  If the property is very cheap for it's type look to see why.......

Great thanks. We are looking at purchasing a property  in the area my orignal pin was on the picture (Upper C) as you have kindly pointed out. There are two we have seen not far from each other, ranging form €119,995 and €125,000. In your opinion of the area or what you know of, would too say this is about right or too cheap? If so I shall do more digging as it why. I also read whilst researching about the street lights being an issue. And I was advise by the estate agent to go over and literally drive around in the dark to find the "good" and "poor" areas. Do you have an idea of this upper C part comes under this ie, poor area no street lights.

Impossible to say on price as would need to know type of property and plot size as a bare minimum for a start. From what l have seen online recently either  price would be high for a terraced Rebecca but maybe about right for a Rosa with pool on a big plot or even a Neptuno at a push. Again difficult to say without knowing the properties in question, do you have any links?

Upper C is nicely tucked off to one side of the main road through to D so we have only travelled around there when house hunting 2 years ago and a few times since to visit people. Hopefully someone living in that sector will see this thread and be able to give you better information.

Keep us posted as to how you get on....
