Hi.....my name is Kathy and my husband and I have just bought a lovely house on Los Palacios . We too had read and heard bad reports for Camposol and we were unsure about the area but we decided to go to see for ourselves and I'm so glad we did . Yes parts of C have subsided a few streets are badly in need of repair but the place is so huge it is easy to avoid the area completely and there are some lovely houses for sale , nearly everything you need can be found in the 2 commercial centres and there are buses to the coast .

I would advise you to go and see for yourselves and make a decision from there . Good luck .

I would also recommend Mercers agency on Camposol , Lyndsay was great and they are all very helpful and well informed....relax and enjoy finding your new home .

I was out recently looking at property on Camposol and although the houses are really nice, I have to admit that it wasn't the place to settle for me. I am now looking nearer to the coast now as I felt Camposol was just too far out for the life I want.

I only know that now that I have viewed the area.

I think that's why we need to see it....I admit I was very anti Camposol...it was my husband who really wanted to view properties there because we could get so much more for our money . We have viewed properties in Sucina, Los Alcazeres , Lo Pagan and surrounding areas . All of them have had their good points....but because I can't drive I need to be near to facilities. Camposol gives me most of what I need plus buses ! We have bought on A.... can't fault it .

Would D-32 be a good place to buy? Are there any subsidence or documentation issues?

There are some lovely houses on D but you will need a car . As far as I'm aware the subsidence problems were on C...no honest estate agent will sell you a property without documentation .
