Hi,
Does anyone know of any issues with pipe work on lower C?
I’ve been informed by my solicitor that: “there is an issue with the water company and they are refusing to make any new connections because there is an issue with the pipe work on that sector of the urbanisation”.
Is anyone else currently in the process of buying on lower C and having similar problems?

Hi Bev,
Everything got sorted in the end. The solicitor just wanted to make sure we didn’t end up with a house that couldn’t be connected to the mains water supply.
We’ve had no issues since.
