Hi There
I've just put an offer in on a villa in D section and I will need to get electric and water meters installed. Has anyone recently had to install them and how much did it cost and what sort of timeframe will it take

Your solicitor should be able to sort this out for you and get them ordered as part of your completion. They can take a month from order to get installed. I presume you are purchasing a Monsora property on D10, might be worth asking neighbour's how long it has been taking.

Where is d75 is that got communal pool?
Mike, there are only 38 poligonos on Sector D. You might want to check up on what you are buying.
