Not had any dealings with them myself.

But why would you need to use them ??

You can get a far far  better deal online with people like TransferWise.

Get a quote from Currency Direct and Transfer wise.

Transferwise should be much cheaper.

Yes I have a online account with C.D, easy to set up and very helpful people at the end of a phone, I used C.D for transferring funds for my house purchase and had no problems at all, but totally agree with other post that you may get a better exchange rate elsewhere, but as said I have account set up and really easy to use and have used many a time for money transfers with no problems. The financial market today state the pound to euro is 1.08!!! C.D are offering 1.06.50! It’s not a very good time to exchange, but I feel it’s due to the uk and brexit that’s been in the news this week, at closing last Friday the pound to Euro was 1.12. Last Christmas I was getting with C.D 1.22 Euro to the £, so if you can hold off large exchanges at present, the financial markets might pick up, but who knows, the rich get richer, the poor are mugged off, good luck in what ever you decide.

Hi Delt with them for 2 years, bang on, on the spot with a office when you need them, thats very important.

Contact them and ask for Carol, in the B Sector office, excellent service, would not go any where else, they delt with our finance for purchase, and now pensions.

Euro is in a mess at the moment, so exchange rates not good anywhere.

I get daily update email from several companies dont rely on a specific one. I have exchanged with CD occasionally if on a specific day their rate is best. Method of transfer much the same whoever you use. Try FX, Moneycorp, Transferwise and CD
