Does anyone know an e.mail address for Banco Santander please ? I don't do internet banking, and need to stop a standing order. My usual personal assistant has left them, so I have no telephone no. for her now.

I tried for ages trying to contact the branch in Mazarrón using the email address on their website and I never to this day had a reply from them. But I did have success when their central office in Madrid 0034 917 098 567 gave me the numbers for the Mazarrón office 0034 968 590 230. Hope this hel

Ok sunnyspain, - the one I tried was [email protected] It has been sent today, I'll let you know if, or when Maria responds. I am presuming she has replaced Emma who left some months ago. If no courtesy reply from her I will try the tel. No. which is diferent from the one I was using.

I have been successful in e.mailing and getting a response from Maria at Santander ! Quick reply, but cannot make changes I need unless I go in person. Question is - can I have an appointment or shall I go and wait for hours ? I am less than impressed with this bank service apart from the high charges they make for everything, but it's too stressful to change banks just now, as I have recently suffered the loss of my husband and what a trauma financially that has been to sort. I also suspect they are all the same.

Pleased to hear that at least you have had a response.
Very sorry to hear of your recent loss.
It may be worth when things improve checking out the other banks ?
There is also some excellent banking advice on here too.
We bank with Sabadell down in the port, our account charges €15 every three months, we have to deposit €700 a month, it used to be free, if you take out one of their products, then it is free, such as home insurance etc
It is an account if you are a resident in Spain. It’s called an Expansion account.
