Hi,
I send money through Currencies Direct to pay my mortgage/bills at Caixa Bank in Camposol.The last 2 months payments have been returned to Currencies Direct saying the account is frozen.I have changed nothing in my account details for 12 years and there is more than enough money in the account I can't understand why this has happened.I have tried various numbers to no avail.Does anyone know a direct link i.e. E-mail or phone number at the Camposol Branch that I can talk to somebody about this issue.I didn't know the payments were being returned until last week as Curriencies Direct have kept the payments in a wallet to be used when needed.Unfortunately I do not speak Spanish which will not help with phone calls.
