I am fed up with Bankia and would like to find out if the local bank is efficient.
I think it is Caixa?

Out of interest why are you fed up with Bankia?
Despite keeping my account in credit. They have blocked the transfer of funds from my English bank. My standing orders are still paid but it is only a matter of time before that is not possible as I cannot send funds. When I try to contact them by the email addresses they gave me I get no reply. I have tried to make an appointment but just get answerphone in Spanish which to my eternal shame I cannot understand. When I visit of course I am asked if I have made an appointment. I am very English and so don't complain but try to explain politely. Not been any good since Bankia took the Old bank over. Thus time for a change.

I believe it's an email address. It's from a business card that Ivan gave me.
Also,
I regularly transfer funds from my UK account to Caixa Bank. Never had a problem. Even when I shifted a big chunk to pay for our house here.
The transactions via Transferwise are quick and easy.
Looks like Transferwise have made some changes to their money transfer systems.
Using the new digital secure palaver my transfer this morning took 6 seconds !!

This is not he first time I have had trouble with Bankia since they took over BMN it has been very difficult to get in touch. Don't want the hassle of changing but it looks like I have to. Fed up with wasting my holiday in the bank queue, as it is quite difficult to arrange an appointment.
I will call in to see Ivan next time I am over in August.

I use Bankia bank, only because they took over BMN, who took over Caja Murcia.
They have dreadful customer service, never acknowledge emails & have a very poor website.
I transfer my money to bankia account by WesternUnion get a better rate than bank download WesternUnion app on phone asks for all details then ok I sent £10 at first takes up to 3 days ok then sent larger am
