Hi all.

We are looking at buying very soon and just wondered if anyone can recommend a trusted company that we can use for transferring the large sums of money needed for the purchase.

We have seen a few but just wondered if anyone can recommend a company they have used before. Many thanks

My other half has found a company called Transferwise and he is really pleased with their service and charges.

We used transfer wise, best rates of exchange and clear on their charges, couldn't find any where else as good. We also used Costa Calida property services on Camposol A, for our house purchase, couldn't fault them.  Good luck

I used Currencies Direct to send my funds over to pay for the house in Camposol.

Offices in London and Camposol.

Painless.

They were very helpful

It was easy. I just divided the total into £25k blocks.

No problem whatsoever.

If you use Transfer wise they charge 1/2% of the amount being transferred and at the days actuall exchange rate. Other companies don't charge but only pay at 2 points below exchange rate. So in reality with Transfer wise  you get a Better rate. Especially when moving large sums of money for buying property
