Electric is expensive. I’d average that over the year as prices will be up more in the summer if you’re using the a/c.

It’s a guideline I’m using but obviously changes depending on your usages and propert

Apparently if you are under UK retirement age ...before you are accepted as a Residents in Spain....you will need €8,000 per adult per year income ...it's no fun at all living in Spain if you have no money .to go out and socialize ...every aspect of living in Spain involves socializing /transport either owning a car or catching public transport to get out and about ...I am not trying to put you off but it's a fact that you will need money if you want to join in...this is something people tend to for get about when adding up living expenses...also your living cost figures are way to low food in the supermarket is approximately or tends to be more expensive than the UK ..so if you are spending £80 per week just on shopping then this is the amount you will approximately need in Spain electricity in Spain is extremely expensive.

I have been researching and it seems it is just under 9000 income for 2 people per annum or you have at least that amount in your bank balance to be accepted for residency. I know a few that have been accepted this year that are under state retirement age. They did not have to proof income as their bank statements that were over 9000 were sufficient

..If you have a log or pellet burner you need to factor in those costs as well for the winter. I factored in everything for an average of 800 per month for 2 of us in an owned 2 bed with no pool but jacuzzi. This excludes social life and clothes allowance.

Two adults living on Camposol.. Would not be able to get by on €9,000 per year =€173 per week...think about it.
