Just a quick question
I have a top credit rating in the uk over the last 30 years with everything paid on time and no missed payment.
Moving to Spain how do we build up our credit rating.
Bought our house in Camposol with no mortgage luckily.
Ie finance for a car if required etc.
We needed a mortgage when we first bought our property here and the bank asked for our Experian credit report from the UK, so maybe your UK credit rating can still be of use here?
