IBI cost

if property on camposol has cadastral value of 163,000 euro any idear what IBI would be per/year

Is that the Cadastral value or the purchase price. They are different. You multiply your Cadastral value by 0.54% to get your IBI amount. If that figure really is your Cadastral value, your IBI will be €880.20 that is so much higher than any IBI I have heard of on Camposol, it doesn’t seem correct.

I would check with your lawyer. He should have last years IBI bill. It seems very high for Camposol. If the lawyer doesn’t have it, you could go to the Hacienda in Mazarron town and ask them for a copy.
it could be that your house has been revalued as a result of building work undertaken and declared at the time of sale by your vendor.
