We have just paid a solicitor to close our Caixa account and on our closing statement there is a charge to SDAD.ESTATAL for 76.65 euros, the solicitor does not know what this is for......anyone have any idea?

If you have paid a solicitor to close this account then it is his duty To find out what the charge is for. I recently closed 2 la caixa accounts with no charges just a refund of money in the account
If you put SDAD.ESTATAL into a Google search you get lots of answers.
Don't know if that helps at all ??

Thank you for your reply I have written again to the solicitor and am awaiting her reply, my wife and I both feel that our choice of solicitor was not the best as we have to push for everything.

I have since been told that this the direct debit charge for the Corrreo's, which is charges in January.
