Can you use your TV from UK in Spain?

Hi

we're looking at properties online to buy next year at the minute but wondered if you can use your TV if brought from the UK ? Also wondering about buying a car and if there/s anywhere you would recommend to buy one ?

All your Appliances will work no problem Not sure about cars personal choice and depends whether you want a new or second hand one plenty of garages around certainly in Cartagena.

Hi. Yes your UK tv will work ok in Spain, as will a Sky satellite box. Just a warning on buying 2nd hand cars in Spain though, they are very expensive, whether you buy from a garage or private. Even an 8 to 10 year old car can cost between €5 to €10,000. We fell for an advert for a brand new Nissan that were advertised as from €13,000 last summer. We visited the main dealer in Cartagena to buy one of these, by the time the extras had been added on it turned out to be nearer €23,000. When I said extras I meant Air Con, Sat Nav, Reversing camera, CD player & music system, spare wheel etc etc. I think they even added on 4 tyres.
