Not today but we do have problems with them. We have been back three times now to get the TV programme reloaded and still we only get half (sometimes much less) of the TV guide so don’t actually know what’s on!! Thinking of trying elsewhere if anyone has any recommendations...

This was on the Compusurf Facebook Group this morning.

We are migrating to a brand new system this morning and some people are experiencing login problems. If you cannot log into your hotspot please try going to  www.compusurf.es  this will force up the hotspot page where you can re-enter your Hotspot details. If this does not work please text in on +34634014738 giving either your username and password, or your name and property address. Do NOT post your username and password on here. Please bare with us as you can imagine this is a massive task. UPDATE 10.45 am some people were having problems with hotspot passwords this has now been fixed. Please try again if you got a password error message. Teething problems 😁 😁 😁

As for the TV channel issues. Ours is absolutely fine. As is our access to Amazon Prime, Netflix & other services. Quality kit is important.

Our kit is not the problem neither is the TV reception itself. It’s when it initialises/uploads the programme schedule it only does about 70% of database and maybe 90% of clients so not all channels are showing. As I said we’ve taken it back three times to get it reloaded but RKMC and SPMC are both problematic. Glad yours is ok!

Thanks Tony1948

Pity that they did not email their customers BEFORE they did this !!

The whole world does not use Facebook.

It would have saved me wasting my time & their time complaining about lack of access.

But that's Compusurf I am afraid.

Perhaps, you are looking for channels that I don't use. :)

Ah.

That would probably be because of the maintenance Compusurf were doing earlier today.
