Jaynie, I have recently had internet installed from Telecable .to use with other device ( Magbox) to watch TV. Mixed results obtained and in first couple of weeks completely lost service.once, (weekend) and no answer on telephone to report fault except leave a message. No one got back to me at all, but fault was rectified by next morning. So don't know why it went down. I suspect overload, and all companies are the same. Magbox is a whole different story. Am experiencing many ongoing problems with that. Operators who charge €180 annually to look after it blame the Italian government for sabotage ? Doh? What's that all about ? I wouldn't buy another one., I would only use one supplier for both internet and TV so at least you know who to complain to when all does not go well.
