The house next door appears empty and I need access to its underbuild. Anyone know how to find out who lives at this address so I can get permission and access?

You can go to the Land registry which is called Registro de la Propiedad, it is in calle Hortaleza n.1, Mazarrón. You must ask for a 'Nota Simple' of the property in question (give address, house number and sector number), and you may be told to go and collect it the following day. It will cost you just over 3 euros.

Do any other owners know whose property it is and could give you contact details.

Thank you for this- very useful, will follow it up next week. Will also continue to ask neighbours though I think I’ve nearly asked everyone
