I know there is a car share group on FB and from what I have been told you need something to get around. My husband is planning on buying a mobility scooter to get around in lol

There is a dial a bus ride 3 day times a week which you could join for a monthly fee. This is mainly from and to sectors on camposol. They sometimes arrange to go into the port. I don't know if this service will survive. Only time will tell. There is a lift share group on Facebook. We see quite a few using mobility scooters from d and c to get to b. Hospital visits may be an issue if you don't have a car and cant get anyone to take you for appointments. Good luck. D is lovely and quiet

Hi Eric in my opinion I cant see any shops opening on C  or D. I personally wouldn't be without a car on D but there are residents that dont have one and get by. The supermarket on B does deliver. I think you need to take a visit and rent 1st and then you can make a decision based on your needs.

I appreciate that you've selected Camposol, but have you considered any of the other wonderful places on Costa Calida with Brit populations (and no need for your own transportation) such as Los Alcazares,  San Javier,  San Pedro? All of these have great transport links, and bars/restaurants/shops within easy reach, and excellent bus services to virtually everywhere.

Hi if the properties are around the same as C and D Would be Ok.But with Camposol would have a lot of English people round me. Not lucky like some only have a small Budget And on my own. Am thinking of Renting As i will not have nowhere to go when i sell my place.

Hi Eric, - why don't you consider living down in the Port?  Small apartments are still cheap to buy there. Ambiance  is great , Camposol is not the be all and end all of living here. -  Buy in the Bahia area and you won't need a car.   Can you ride a bike? is ideal for getting about because it's all on the flat mainly. The Bus Station is handy for transport, the Centro Salud is easy flat walking distance. Numerous bars and restaurants also. Take a walk along the beautiful Paseo for free!  Most important learn a bit of Spanish before you come, and you will have friends and neighbours for life. I used to live there when I first came to Spain before my off-plan house in Camposol was built and I didn't want to leave when it was! I would sell up and go back like a shot but golf still calls my master. Do your homework beforehand and you will not regret it.
